2. Zeo Route Planner

Zeo Route Planner starts at $290 per year for a single driver with a 7-day free trial to test the system before committing to a plan. The platform optimizes multi-stop delivery routes using distance and time-window constraints. Via middleman app Zapier, Zeo integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce for order import. Proof of delivery supports photo capture and digital signatures. The mobile driver app is available in 40+ languages.

Zeo is a route planning tool; it does not include dispatch automations or POS integrations beyond ecommerce, and those ecommerce integrations require a Zapier plug-in. Florists needing full delivery workflow automation will find Zeo limited to routing only.

Currently, Zeo Route Planner holds a 4.6 out of 5 on Capterra. One courier driver describes appreciating “how it constantly is checking to be sure I will be to future stops before the required delivery time." Though some reviews are critical of customer support, with one user writing “support requests would go unanswered for days and then the answers would not match the queries.” 

3. Tookan

Tookan starts at $129 per month with 1000 tasks and unlimited drivers. It offers a 14-day free trial, but no free baseline subscription. The JungleWorks ecosystem also offers Yelo, a white-label storefront builder marketed to florists. Tookan lists 45+ POS integrations, mostly from the parent company, Jungleworks, portfolio. 

Tookan's modular pricing means features like barcode scanning and analytics require paid add-ons through separate JungleWorks products. G2 reviewers note that total costs increase once add-ons are included.

Across Capterra and G2 reviews, Tookan typically hovers between a 4.1 and 4.2 out of 5. One reviewer describes the platform as "easy to use and modern.” Negative reviews mention a disconnect between sales promises and actual functionality, with one customer noting “After payment they admitted the key feature they had guaranteed…doesn’t exist.” 

4. Track-POD 

Track-POD specializes in highly customizable proof-of-delivery systems. Photo capture, digital signatures, barcode scanning, partial delivery confirmation are all standard. Pricing starts at $49 per driver per month with a three-driver minimum. A 7-day free trial is available. 

That three-driver minimum means a two-person flower shop pays for three driver seats. Capterra reviewers note per-driver pricing becomes expensive for small teams.

Track-POD Reviews

Track-POD averages a 4.6 out of 5 on review sites G2 and Capterra. Several reviews note the responsive customer support, with one user from the transportation industry saying “the support team gets back to you quickly with a solution.” Some critical comments say that the SMS and email notification tools “could be more user-friendly.”

5. Routific 

Routific is a route optimization platform that focuses on customizable, rules-based routing backed by a route-optimization algorithm that accounts for traffic patterns and driver preferences. A free tier covers 100 orders per month. Paid plans start at $150 per month for 100 to 1000 orders. All plans support unlimited drivers. 

Routific is built for pre-planned scheduled delivery; it does not support on-demand dispatch. The platform is also English-only and does not include any prebuilt ecommerce or POS integrations; all integrations require a custom API build.

Routific reviews average 4.8 to 4.9 out of 5 across G2 and Capterra. Users mention the user-friendliness of the route-planning software, with one customer calling the platform “straightforward to implement and intuitive to use.”   Some critiques include a lack of customization in no-routing tools, with one user noting “the messaging system could not be updated on our end.”

6. Floranext 

Floranext is a florist-specific POS platform with delivery routing built in. Pricing is quoted directly via the Floranext sales team; no pricing is listed publicly. A free trial is available, though the length is unspecified. The driver app includes turn-by-turn directions with GPS routing and photo confirmation on delivery. Floranext is available on PC, Mac, iPad.

Floranext is a full POS system; using its delivery tools requires shifting your entire operation.  Florists already running Square or Shopify would need to switch systems to access delivery features. Costs can also snowball quickly. One Capterra reviewer notes "every little thing that was done had a charge associated with it."

Reviewers praise the POS functions and note the user-friendliness of the delivery tools, with one user writing that “delivery confirmations are instant.” The most common criticism is that the Floranext system can go down when you lose internet access. 7. FloristWare

FloristWare is a desktop-native POS and shop management system built exclusively for independent florists. FloristWare runs on Windows and macOS desktop applications with limited mobile access. Users can feel tied to their shop’s back office navigating the delivery tools. Some reviews note that upgrading the system can be pricey, so be sure the system suits your needs before committing.

8. Onfleet

Onfleet is an enterprise delivery management platform starting at $599 per month. The Launch plan includes real-time driver tracking, route optimization, customer SMS notifications. Auto-dispatch requires the $1,299 per month Scale plan. A 14-day free trial is available. FloristWare integrates with Onfleet specifically for high-volume florist operations.

The $599 per month starting price puts Onfleet out of reach for most independent flower shops. Users also note that the platform works better for planned deliveries from a warehouse-style business than for on-demand deliveries.
